Nicolas Guy
Founder and CEO
Nicolas Guy is the founder and CEO of Minairal. A French engineer, he completed the Math Sup and Math Spé preparatory program before graduating from EFREI Paris in electronics and computer science.
He began his career at Bouygues Construction, in the International Project Owner Process Department, helping leadership turn its strategic vision into concrete action on the ground. A full-stack developer who ran a digital marketing agency for over ten years, he settled on Koh Samui and founded Minairal, supplying atmospheric water generators and filtration systems from Koh Samui to Bangkok.
Thirteen people. Eight of them in the field.
Eight in maintenance and installation, a technical director, two in sales, one in administration, and the founder. Each service centre runs two to five technicians.
How we work.
From the first visit to the end of the system's life, the same team and the same agreement.
Site assessment
We evaluate the space, the number of users and the points of use before recommending anything.
Installation
Machines are checked and configured before delivery, then placed, connected and tested on site.
Training
Your team is trained on the machines actually installed, with manuals and quick-start guides.
Support
A named local contact in English and Thai. Same-day response in most cases, 48 hours at the latest.
Planned care
Preventive checks, filter replacement and cleaning on schedule. Systems are refurbished, not discarded.
Locations.
Three service centres, with parts held in each.
