Drinking water in Pattaya.
Mains water in Thailand is not intended to be drunk at the tap. Depending on the season it can carry chlorine and its by-products, sediment and heavy metals, and wherever the network or a building's tanks are old there is a bacteriological risk.
In a resort city, the result is a constant flow of bottles and 18.9-litre jugs: ordered, carried up, stored, chilled and thrown away, room after room and table after table.
A Pure system on the existing line filters by reverse osmosis, remineralises, and delivers hot and cold water at the point of use. An Air system makes water from the coastal humidity and needs only a socket. Nothing is delivered, stored or collected.

Do you have a store in Pattaya?
No. Minairal technicians work in Pattaya, but our four stores are in Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Phuket and Hua Hin. The team comes to your site for the assessment, the installation and every maintenance visit, and you can reach us by phone, WhatsApp or email in English and Thai.
Can a hotel in Pattaya rent its water dispensers?
Yes. Every system can be rented or leased on a 2, 5 or 7-year contract, with the machine covered for the whole term, or bought with a one-year warranty. The formula is set out after the site assessment.
Do you deliver drinking water in Pattaya?
No. Instead of delivering jugs, Minairal installs a water dispenser that makes mineral-enriched drinking water on your site, from the water line or from the air. Jug and bottle deliveries stop.
