Installation, maintenance and filter changes are handled by our own technicians, and the machine is covered for the whole term.
Two ways to rent.
Rental: choose a 6-month or 1-year term, for any Minairal machine, Air or Pure. Installation, scheduled maintenance and filter changes are included, and the machine is covered for the whole rental term.
Lease-to-own: for the Pure range, the reverse osmosis water filters connected to your water line, choose 3, 5 or 7 years. Maintenance is included and the machine is covered for the whole term. Lease-to-own is offered on the Pure range only.
Either way, the configuration, the number of units and the term are set with you after a site assessment, and written into the proposal. We do not publish rates: they depend on the models, the number of points of use and the term.

Can a business rent a water dispenser instead of buying one?
Yes. Every Minairal system, Air or Pure, can be rented for 6 months or 1 year, with maintenance and filter changes included and the machine covered for the whole rental term. Pure systems, connected to the water line, are also offered on lease-to-own over 3, 5 or 7 years, maintenance included. Or buy, with a one-year warranty.
What is included in a rental or lease-to-own contract?
Installation and staff training, scheduled maintenance with TDS and pH checks and filter changes on schedule, until the end of the contract, with the machine covered for the whole term. Our technicians respond in 4 hours on average, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00, in English and Thai.
Can we lease-to-own an Air system?
No. Lease-to-own over 3, 5 or 7 years is offered on the Pure range, the reverse osmosis water filters connected to a water line. Air systems can be rented for 6 months or 1 year, or bought with a one-year warranty.
Can we rent a water filter for an office?
Yes. Where the pantry has a water line, the Pure range, a reverse osmosis water filter with hot and cold water, replaces 19 L jug deliveries and installs in under an hour. Where there is no line, or the lease of the premises does not allow plumbing work, an Air system only needs to be plugged in.
How much does it cost to rent a water dispenser?
It depends on the models, the number of points of use and the length of the contract, so the figure is set in a written proposal after the site assessment. We do not publish rental or lease-to-own rates.
Do you rent water dispensers in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pattaya or Krabi?
Yes. Minairal technicians install and service systems in eight cities: Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Phuket, Hua Hin, Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pattaya and Krabi. Outside the four store areas, we start with a site assessment.
