Minairal

Take everything out. Put four minerals back.

Calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium, at an alkaline pH. What the systems remove, what they restore, and how the result is checked.

The treatment sequence.

Four filter cartridges, plus UV protection: five to seven stages depending on the model. Consumables are replaced every four to six months.

  1. Sediment and pre-filter

Reduces sand, rust, dirt and chlorine taste. Protects the stages downstream.

6 months on Air, 4 on Pure
  2. Reverse osmosis

Filtration at 0.0001 micron. Removes heavy metals and dissolved contaminants.

    12 months
  3. Post-carbon

Final polishing stage. Improves taste and smell.

    6 months
  4. Mineral filter

Restores calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium. Powered by Biocera.

    6 months

Source water in Thailand.

Mains water is not intended to be drunk at the tap. Depending on province and season it carries chlorine and its by-products, sediment, heavy metals, and bacteriological risk wherever the network is old or intermittent. Island and coastal networks add salinity and pressure loss at peak demand.

Bottled water moves the problem rather than solving it. Quality depends on the bottler and on how the bottle was stored, and every litre delivered joins a waste stream the country already struggles to process.

Two starting points.

Air

Air systems do not treat mains water. They pull humid air through a filter, condense it, protect it with filtration and UV, then remineralise it. On the Air Stand Pro the sequence runs to seven stages: air filter, sediment, pre-carbon, reverse osmosis, post-carbon, LED UV and a UV lamp in the tank.

Pure

Pure systems connect to your existing water line: pre-filtration, reverse osmosis rated at 75 GPD, roughly 12 litres an hour, post-carbon polishing, Biocera mineral filter, then hot and cold dispensing.

How quality is verified.

Components are certified for material safety, the mineral stage uses Biocera technology from Korea, and the reverse osmosis membrane is rated at 0.0001 micron.

Water produced on site can be tested by an independent ISO 17025 accredited laboratory once a year, as part of our business service plan. TDS and pH are checked during routine maintenance.
