What a Bangkok office asks of its water.
In a Bangkok tower, gallons travel: from the delivery van to the loading bay, up the service lift, across the floor to the pantry, and back down empty. Someone receives them, someone lifts them, and the pantry gives up a corner to stock.
Few offices in Bangkok drink straight from the tap: the water travels through old pipes and building tanks before it reaches the pantry. A Pure system on the pantry line filters it by reverse osmosis at 0.0001 micron, restores minerals, and keeps the water in stainless steel tanks with continuous UV-C sterilisation, hot at 90°C and cold at 4°C.
Where the lease does not allow plumbing work, or a floor has no line where people need water, an Air unit makes water from the humidity in the air and only needs a socket. The assessment checks the room itself, because air-conditioned spaces are drier.
