What a Phuket hotel asks of its water.
Phuket hotels run at high volume. Guests spend the day by the pool and on the beach, restaurants turn tables from breakfast to late evening, and each of those moments has meant a plastic bottle bought, delivered, chilled and thrown away.
Island networks add their own constraint: pressure can drop when demand peaks, exactly when a full hotel needs water most. A system on the line handles what the water carries. An Air system, which only needs a socket, keeps producing whatever the network does.
