Water is on the menu twice.
In a café, water is most of what goes into the cup. In a restaurant, it is in the kitchen all day and on every table at night. Both depend on a source that is the same every day, whatever the delivery or the batch of bottles.
A Pure system on the existing line gives that consistency: five-stage reverse osmosis, a post-carbon stage for taste and smell, then calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium restored before the water reaches the cup or the glass. Hot water comes at 90°C, cold at 4°C.
For beach clubs and terraces where no line runs, an Air unit makes water from the humidity in the air. Served in glass, the water stays on the table and the plastic bottle leaves the menu.

Can the system supply our coffee station and tea service?
Pure systems deliver hot water at 90°C and cold water at 4°C at the counter. Whether a coffee machine itself can be connected is checked at the site assessment, with your equipment in front of us.
Can we rent the system for the season?
Yes. Any machine can be rented for 6 months or 1 year, with maintenance and filter changes included. Pure systems can also be taken on lease-to-own over 3, 5 or 7 years, or bought with a one-year warranty.
How fast do you respond if something stops during service?
4 hours on average, from our Chalong store and service centre, by technicians on our payroll.
