Minairal

Water for restaurants and cafés in Koh Samui.

Filtered, remineralised water for the kitchen, the coffee station and the table, made on site instead of shipped to the island in bottles. A restaurant group on Samui already runs Pure systems from preparation to table service, and our showroom is in Bo Phut.

What an island kitchen asks of its water.

Water is an ingredient and a product at once. It goes into coffee, tea and cooking in the kitchen, and onto every table as still water. On Koh Samui, the bottled version of both arrives by ferry and fills a store room restaurants rarely have to spare.

A Pure system on the kitchen line gives a steady supply at 90°C and 4°C, with a post-carbon stage that polishes taste before the minerals are restored. Terraces and beach tables far from the plumbing get an Air unit instead.

Served in a 500 mL glass bottle that can carry the restaurant logo, the water becomes part of the experience, and the plastic bottle disappears from the table and from the island's waste.

A typical set-up for a Samui restaurant.

In most kitchens the line is already there, so Pure does the main work.

Koh Samui restaurant questions.

Do you already equip restaurants on Koh Samui?

Yes. A restaurant group on the island uses Pure systems from kitchen preparation to table service. Client names are withheld at their request.

Can we serve the water in glass bottles with our logo?

Yes. The optional 500 mL reusable glass bottle can carry your logo alongside ours, with the mineral composition of the water printed on the label.

Can we try it during service before deciding?

Yes. The free one-week trial is offered in Koh Samui: a system is installed in your kitchen or at the bar, and your team works with it for a week.

Is the water hot enough for tea and coffee?

Pure systems deliver hot water at 90°C and cold water at 4°C. In the Air range, the Air Top and Air Stand deliver hot and cold, the Air Stand Pro cold only.
